Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for online marketing channels.

Manage budgets to optimize for profitability

Drive quality traffic to the website through paid advertising

Manage and collaborate with external vendors

Provide weekly and monthly statistical analysis reports based on ad performance.

Prove recommendations to management regarding the improvement of existing marketing strategies.

Developing creative content for newsletters, display ads, social media, and other marketing communications.

Oversee all online marketing materials and communications consistent with the organizations brand.

Adjusting keywords and ad messages as needed to ensure optimal search engine positioning.

Research, create and launch new display campaigns

Identify trends and adjust spending and campaigns based on research

Manage all email blast campaigns, including testing subject lines and responses

Manage Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts

Review and manage all online reviews and online reputation and act as a point of contact for various online initiatives

Manage all website content changes using CMS

Qualifications Required

Hands on experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Facebook Ads.

Experience knowledge of SEO.

Ability to Write Creative and effective ads

Creative thinker with business savvy mindset

Self-motivated leader with the ability to make time critical and valuable decisions.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Extremely organized

Self-starter

Strong excel skills

Understanding of email blasts

Social media expert

Experience with managing budgets

Creative and out-of-the-box thinker

Knowledge of website conversion metrics
